White River Announces Uplisting to OTCQB Venture Market

White River Energy Corp (OTCQB: WTRV) (“White River” or the “Company”), announced that it has successfully uplisted from the OTC Pink Market to the OTCQB Venture Market (“OTCQB”). The uplisting has been approved by OTC Markets Group Inc., and the Company will commence trading on the OTCQB on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. White River will continue to trade under the symbol “WTRV”. The OTCQB offers investors transparent trading in entrepreneurial and development stage companies. To be eligible, companies must be current in their reporting and must undergo an annual verification and management certification process.

“This upgrade to the OTCQB will position the company to achieve greater exposure to an even broader investor base,” stated Randy May, Executive Chairman of White River.
