Curia Recognized on Forbes America’s Best Employers 2022 List

Curia, formerly AMRI, a leading contract research, development, and manufacturing organization, today announced that it has been recognized on Forbes list of America’s Best Employers 2022, presented by Forbes and Statista Inc. The awards list can be viewed on the Forbes website.

Over the past 12 months, Curia has continued to advance its people excellence strategy, focused on unleashing the individual and collective talents of its employees toward building an inclusive, and high-performing culture. The company expanded its global Learning Initiatives for Employees program – known as LIFE@Curia – and strengthened its focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) by implementing six DE&I pillars. With a commitment to continuous improvement, leaders also prioritized work practices to improve, as identified by employees through its enhanced annual engagement survey.

Forbes and Statista selected America’s Best Employers 2022 through an independent survey applied to a sample of approximately 60,000 American employees working for companies with more than 1,000 employees. Across 25 industry sectors, 1,000 employers have been awarded, 500 large employers and 500 midsize employers. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employer to friends and family. Employee evaluations also included other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively.
