Ryan Named One of the Best Workplaces™ in Canada for 10th Consecutive Year by Great Place to Work®

This marks the 10^th consecutive year Ryan has been recognized as one of Canada’s premier companies for building and maintaining high-trust, high-performance cultures that enhance business results and quality of worklife. The 2022 Best Workplaces in Canada list is compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute. The process to be ranked on this list is based on two employee-driven criteria. Two-thirds of the total score comes from confidential employee survey results, while the remaining one-third is from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture. This offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to five trust-building dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

This year’s list captured the experience and sentiment of 130,000 employees, rolling out to impact more than 500,000 Canadian employees.
