S.E.C. Reaches Landmark Financial Settlement with UBS Financial Services Regarding the Yield Enhancement Strategy (YES)

Zamansky LLC announces that the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has today reached a $25 million settlement with UBS Financial Services Inc. (UBS) regarding its sale of the UBS Yield Enhancement Strategy (YES).

The SEC settlement provides that certain UBS-YES investors who purchased from February 2016 through February 2017 will be able to recover some of their losses from investing in the strategy. The settlement pays disgorgement of $5.8 million, pre-judgment interest of $1.4 million and a civil penalty of $17.4 million.
