Astera Labs Welcomes Nicholas Aberle to Champion Investor Relations

Accomplished industry veteran bolsters leadership team for the Company’s next phase of growth

Astera Labs, the global leader in semiconductor-based connectivity solutions for accelerated computing, announced the appointment of Nicholas Aberle as Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations. Mr. Aberle will lead strategic financial initiatives and drive Astera Labs’ investor relations strategy and communications.

Aberle brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry spanning operational finance, corporate treasury, investor relations, corporate development, and investment banking. Aberle was most recently Vice President of Finance at MaxLinear, Inc. where he was responsible for FP&A and investor relations. Prior to that, he served as Divisional CFO for various business units at Experian PLC and United Technologies. He also served in Divisional CFO and Investor Relations roles at Broadcom, Inc. Previously, he was a Senior Sell-Side Equity Research Analyst following the semiconductor industry at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and B. Riley Financial, and he served as an Investment Analyst at Allianz Global Investors.
