Vecima’s Professional Services team assists with operations to help ensure video streaming quality and reliability

Vecima Networks Inc. (TSX: VCM) today announced that Blue Ridge Communications, one of the first broadband internet providers in the US, has engaged its Professional Services team to support the continued expansion of its video streaming experience.

Blue Ridge tapped Vecima’s Professional Services team for its Assisted Operations support which uses proprietary tools to remotely monitor Blue Ridge’s IP video network for issues and maximize system up-time and operational efficiency. Vecima provided a dedicated Vecima customer success engineer to ensure seamless operations.
