Christopher has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions across a wide variety of sectors, including software, technology, and consumer products. He also provides strategic counseling to emerging growth companies at all stages, as well as venture capital firms, corporate incubators, and investors that finance these companies. In addition, Christopher’s practice encompasses complex technology transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance matters, and securities offerings for both public and private companies.

Christopher joins Dorsey from Arcadia Law Group in Phoenix. He received his J.D. from Arizona State University and his B.S. from the University of Arizona.
