AvalonBay Communities, Inc. to Host Investor Day

AVALONBAY COMMUNITIES, INC. (NYSE: AVB) (the “Company”) announced today that it will host an Investor Day on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, in Washington, D.C. In-person attendance is by invitation only to institutional investors and analysts, and a live webcast will be provided.

The agenda for the Investor Day will include presentations by Benjamin Schall, Chief Executive Officer and President; Kevin O’Shea, Chief Financial Officer; Matt Birenbaum, Chief Investment Officer; Sean Breslin, Chief Operating Officer; and other members of the Company’s management team. Speakers will present on the Company’s current operating environment; near- and long-term strategies and growth initiatives; construction and development activities; and other business and financial matters.

A copy of the presentation materials will be posted to the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website after market close on November 27, 2023.
