Supermicro Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

Super Micro Computer, Inc. (“Supermicro” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: SMCI) today announced the launch of a proposed underwritten registered public offering of 2,100,700 shares of its common stock. A total of 2,000,000 shares is being offered by Supermicro, and a total of 100,700 shares is being offered by certain selling stockholders. In addition, Supermicro expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 315,105 shares of its common stock. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
