Ravi Shrivastava Joins Ryan as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology and Data Officer

Appointment Marks Inaugural Firm Role Driving Technology Transformation

Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, has announced that Ravi Shrivastava has joined the Firm as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology and Data Officer (CTDO). He brings more than two decades of business technology leadership with a proven track record in technology solutions driving innovation and strategic growth.

As a member of the executive leadership team, Ravi will champion Ryan’s strategic digital footprint to optimize technology and services that drive client results. His focus will span the spectrum of technology from software and security to machine learning and analytics, as well as data security and governance.

Brint Ryan. “He is poised to lead us through a technology transformation that will build our capabilities and offerings to meet the evolving needs of our business. Before joining Ryan, Ravi held several leadership positions in the capacity of Managing Director and Head of Product at S&P Global, Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at IHS Markit, Managing Director and India Country Head at Markit, and various technology leadership positions at Bank of America.

Ravi holds a master’s degree in business administration with specialization in finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in Chicago. He also has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from Shivaji University in Maharashtra. Ravi will be based in Ryan’s Rockefeller Center, New York office.
