BrightSpire Capital Announces $0.20 Per Share Dividend for Fourth Quarter 2023

BrightSpire Capital, Inc. (NYSE: BRSP) (“BrightSpire Capital” or the “Company”) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.20 per share of Class A common stock for the quarter ending December 31, 2023. The dividend is payable on January 12, 2024 to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2023.
