iQmetrix Ranked in 2023 BC’s Top 50 and Canada’s Most Family-Friendly Employers Lists

In a separate category of the same awards program, iQmetrix was also announced February 9 as one of Canada’s Top Family-Friendly Employers for 2023. This special designation was awarded to iQmetrix for its extensive range of family-friendly employee benefits, including comprehensive healthcare coverage, “trusted, take-what-you-need” vacation leave, and trusted sick days that also allow for employees’ dependents being sick and needing care.

One over-and-above health benefit offered by the company is $25,000 lifetime coverage for fertility drugs, which iQmetrix recognized as a gap in its benefits and introduced in 2017. The coverage has since been used to life-changing effect by at least one employee. Sean Anderson, Client Engagement Lead at iQmetrix, shared his story about how he and his wife used this benefit, which resulted in a wonderful baby girl named Scottie. Sean said, “This benefit was awesome, and something we didn’t expect. [The coverage] was perfectly timed for us, as fertility drugs are not cheap… We’re really grateful for the support.”
