Community Bank System, Inc. (NYSE: CBU) (the “Company”) announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 10, 2023 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2023. The $0.44 cash dividend represents an annualized yield of 2.94% based on the closing share price of $59.93 on February 14, 2023.
