Emily Guadagnoli Named Head of Marketing for Fiduciary Trust International

Media & Corporate Communications Veteran will Partner with Key Stakeholders Across Organization to Shape & Deliver Overall Business Strategy

Fiduciary Trust International, a global wealth manager and wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin Templeton, announces that Emily Guadagnoli has been promoted to head of marketing.

In her new role, Ms. Guadagnoli will work closely with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. She will partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to shape and execute firmwide business strategy and initiatives. In addition, Ms. Guadagnoli will ensure Fiduciary Trust International’s brand messaging remains consistent across all channels and markets.

“Emily has two decades of experience as a marketing, media relations, and corporate communications professional, and she has proven herself a valued member of our team,” said Gene Todd, executive vice president and head of regional markets at Fiduciary Trust International. “Her expertise will help us continue to drive growth, deepen client relationships, as well as standout as an industry leader and trusted advisor within the wealth management space.”

Ms. Guadagnoli previously served as advisory solutions marketing director, responsible for the firm’s investment marketing strategy.

Ms. Guadagnoli joined Fiduciary Trust in 2020 when it acquired Athena Capital Advisors, where she was director of marketing. She also served as vice president of communications at Harvard Management Co., where she was responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies. Earlier in her career, Ms. Guadagnoli held roles in communications and public relations and marketing at Pioneer Investments and Commonwealth Financial Network.

Ms. Guadagnoli received her Master of Liberal Arts, summa cum laude, from Harvard University’s Extension School. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication.
