Aspen Technology Announces Net-Zero Commitment

Company committed to achieving net-zero operations by 2030

Aspen Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZPN), a global leader in industrial software, today announced its commitment to achieving company-wide emission reductions in line with climate science and the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi), the leading organization driving science-based target adoption. The company intends to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for Scope 1 and Scope 2 by 2030 with a significant reduction in Scope 3 by 2030 and full net-zero by 2045.
