His responsibilities will include implementing the Japanese market development strategy, which encompasses real estate and power acquisition, and potential joint venture partnerships.

With a bachelor's degree in law from Seikei University in Tokyo, Japan, a strong background in international business, and a deep understanding of cross-cultural environments, Mr. Inoue is well-positioned to lead the local team to new heights.

Mr. Inoue previously served as Managing and Project Director at Aquila Clean Energy Japan, where he successfully formed Aquila Clean Energy Japan K.K., managed business activities, and created a substantial project pipeline. His role as Development Director at Macquarie Capital Securities (Japan) Limited further solidified his project development and strategic planning expertise.
