Generational Group Advises The Decor Group in its Sale to Wonder Franchises, a Subsidiary of Tucker’s Farm Corporation

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firm for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, The Decor Group, to Wonder Franchises, a subsidiary of Tucker’s Farm Corporation. The acquisition closed November 13, 2024.

Located in Irving, Texas, Christmas Decor (also known as The Decor Group) is the country’s leading franchisor of premium exterior Christmas and holiday decorating services. Founded in 1996 by Blake Smith, the company generates approximately $75 million in system sales across 200 franchisees and 240 territories. Led by Smith as CEO and Brandon Stephens as President, The Decor Group has been helping contractors expand their businesses with specialty lighting services since its inception. Through its service brands—Christmas Decor (holiday & event decorating), Nite Time Decor (landscape & architectural lighting), and PermaLites365 (permanent RGB roofline lighting)—the company services over 30,000 properties annually.
