The solution, developed jointly, provides the manufacturer with a robust network infrastructure with redundancy measures and includes support services, application troubleshooting conducted over a cloud-based wide area network (WAN), robust security measures, patch management, and circuit monitoring capabilities. Comprehensive network measures have been implemented to safeguard all internet communication, including remote connections via VPN, with a dedicated security zone to mitigate potential cyber risks from overseas.
