TD SYNNEX Appoints Alim Dhanji as Chief Human Resources Officer

TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) announced today that Alim Dhanji will join the company as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective June 10. Dhanji brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in creating high-performing teams and developing innovative talent strategies. Dhanji succeeds Beth Simonetti who will retire from the company effective, June 1, and stay on as a consultant for the business through August 31.

Prior to joining TD SYNNEX, Dhanji served as the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President at Equinox Group where he focused on increasing leadership opportunities and cultivating a high-performance culture.

Dhanji's career also includes leadership roles at Adidas, where he served as President of Adidas Canada and Senior Vice President of Global Talent & Head of HR for Global Brands. During his time at Adidas, he was responsible for enterprise talent functions and HR leadership and contributed to the company's strategic business goals through a multi-year talent and high-performance plan.
