Rosalie Berman Joins Lazard Asset Management

Lazard Asset Management (LAM) announced today that Rosalie Berman has joined the firm as Managing Director, Business Strategy, reporting to LAM CEO, Evan Russo. Ms. Berman will be responsible for driving the firm’s go-to-market strategy for its product suite, as well as leading and driving business-critical initiatives across the firm.

“Over the past year, we have put a strategy in place to grow our business and deliver strong results for our clients,” said Evan Russo. “By bringing Rosalie to the firm, we are introducing a strategic thinker and operator who has demonstrated over the course of her career an ability to set strategic objectives and mobilize resources to effectively meet them. Rosalie’s background and experience will help propel our efforts to launch products across channels and execute against our goals.”

Ms. Berman joins LAM from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where she spent the last 15 years in various leadership roles. She was most recently Head of Client Engagement, Corporate & Institutional Solutions, where she led the go-to-market strategy for tools on the E*Trade platform, following its acquisition by Morgan Stanley. Over the course of her career at Morgan Stanley, she held various roles developing and guiding strategy to build businesses and operations that serve clients effectively while delivering strong investment outcomes. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Berman held roles at Citigroup and Smith Barney. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
