W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE: WRB) today announced the appointment of Antonio Q. L. Rhodes as president of Berkley Mid-Atlantic Insurance Group (“BMAG”), a Berkley company. The appointment is effective immediately.

Mr. Rhodes is an accomplished insurance executive with nearly 20 years of property and casualty insurance industry experience. He most recently served as executive vice president and head of property & casualty for a leading agency network and brokerage firm with countrywide responsibility for programs, central placement, and large and complex insurance.
