Innovative online programs designed to support the ethical use of AI and data-driven decision making

University of Phoenix is pleased to announce the three new skill development pathways available through its Professional Development Skills Center. The pathways, “Big Data Strategies for Business," "Business Insights through Data Analytics," and “Data Policies and Practices for Business” are designed to support businesses and employees in the ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven decision-making.

According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2023, which surveyed 803 companies collectively employing 11.3 million workers, AI and Big Data are reported as the 15^th most in-demand skills today, with nearly 30 percent of organizations considering them core skills. The report indicates that AI and Big Data are priorities for reskilling and upskilling in 59 percent of organizations from 2023 to 2027.
