Comstock Announces 3 New Leases at Loudoun Station

Dogtopia, Curry Pizza House, and Hawaii Fluid Art to Join Loudoun Mixed-Use Development

Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHCI) (“Comstock”), a leading asset manager, developer, and operator of mixed-use and transit-oriented properties in the Washington, D.C. region, announced today the signing of the following three new retail leases at Loudoun Station, the county’s first and only Metro-connected mixed-use development:

  • Dogtopia – 5,600 square feet
  • Curry Pizza House – 2,000 square feet
  • Hawaii Fluid Art – 1,600 square feet

Dogtopia is the largest dog daycare provider in North America, offering top tier daycare, boarding, grooming, and training at over 275 locations. Its new space at Loudoun Station is designed to prioritize the safety and comfort of pets, and will feature spacious climate-controlled playrooms, UV-equipped HVAC systems, and certified Canine Coaches who maintain a safe and healthy environment.

With current locations in California, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, and Washington, the Loudoun Station location will be Virginia’s first and part of Curry Pizza House’s nationwide expansion.

Hawaii Fluid Art is an art studio dedicated to providing artists of all ability levels with an opportunity to learn and experience new art techniques through varied classes and experiences. Their new space in Loudoun Station will join numerous locations throughout the U.S. that provide an immersive art experience and a place to create.
