Kinetik Announces Quarterly Dividend and Financial Results Timing

Kinetik Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNTK) (“Kinetik” or the “Company”) has declared a cash dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 per share on an annualized basis. The announced quarterly dividend will be paid on Friday, October 31, 2025 to shareholders of record as of market close on Monday, October 27, 2025.

Kinetik will host its third quarter 2025 results conference call on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 8:00 am Central Time (9:00 am Eastern Time). The Company will issue its earnings release after market close on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. The text of the earnings release, the accompanying presentation and link to the live webcast will be available on the Company’s website at www.ir.kinetik.com. A replay of the conference call will be available on the website following the call.

Kinetik previously implemented a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the “DRIP” or the “Plan”) open to all shareholders.
