Confluent Announces Strategic Partnership with Jio Platforms Limited to Accelerate India’s Development of GenAI and Next-Gen Applications with Data Streams through Jio Cloud Services

The agreement will make Confluent the first data streaming platform available on Jio Cloud Services, delivering the power of real-time data to more businesses in India

Confluent, Inc. (NASDAQ: CFLT), the data streaming pioneer, today announced it has signed a strategic partnership with Jio Platforms Limited (“Jio”) for Jio Cloud Services. This strategic agreement marks a significant leap in advancing India’s digital capabilities, as data streams are fundamental for real-time and GenAI use cases. Through this agreement:

Confluent Cloud will be available on Jio Cloud Services, making it easier than ever for more businesses across India to get started with data streaming
Confluent Platform will be offered as a managed service for India’s consumers and enterprises alike including public sector, delivering the enterprise-grade security and governance these organizations need to ensure trusted, secure data at extremely large scales
