Savron, who previously served on the Greater Phoenix Chamber Board of Directors, now joins the organization’s foundation board to help catalyze business, education, and the community to enhance college and career readiness and develop a stronger workforce.

In her tenure with University of Phoenix she has served as associate faculty, campus vice president, regional vice president of student services, and college operations.

Savron serves on the Board of Career Connectors as well as several professional advisory councils. She serves as a member of the advisory council for UPCEA and AACRAO’s Convergence Conference and is currently a member of the UPCEA Council for Credential Innovation focused leveraging the strategic potential of non-degree credentials and noncredit education and training to transform institutions of higher education as well as the talent marketplace.

Savron is often sought out as a speaker for her expertise on mapping relevant skills in programs and building an infrastructure to support career tools in curriculum design, micro credentialing and other innovations in curriculum. Savron earned her MBA from Cleveland State University and is completing her doctorate in management in organizational leadership.
