WSFS Names Chris Ballard, Senior Vice President, Director of Total Rewards

WSFS Bank, the primary subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WSFS), has named Chris Ballard as Senior Vice President, Director of Total Rewards, reporting to Lisa Brubaker, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

In his new role, Ballard will develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy and oversee WSFS’ compensation, benefits and wellbeing, payroll, and HRIS functions.

Ballard comes to WSFS with nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with 15 of those years working at UGI Corporation, a publicly held international distributor of energy products and services. He held several roles of increasing responsibility at UGI and was most recently Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Services.

He graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University with a B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources Management.
