UBS Private Wealth Management Hires Zachary Sobel in Palm Beach Gardens

UBS Private Wealth Management today announced the hiring of Financial Advisor Zachary Sobel in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Zachary and his team, which manage over $400 million in client assets, join the UBS Florida Market, which is led Market Executive Lane Strumlauf and is part of the firm’s Southeast Region, led by Regional Director Julie Fox. Zachary reports to Market Director Suzann Zadanosky.

“Zach is a talented advisor with decades of experience providing high net worth clients with bespoke financial services,” said Lane Strumlauf, Florida Market Executive at UBS. “Our South Florida business has grown significantly in recent years and we are very excited to welcome Zach and his team to UBS.”

Zachary Sobel brings over two decades of experience in financial services to UBS. He joins from Morgan Stanley, where he spent over a decade advising individuals, business owners and families on financial planning and investment matters. Before Morgan Stanley, he was a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. He began his career as an institutional trader before entering the wealth management industry. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a BBA with a triple major from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Zachary was named to the 2024 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list.

Joining Zachary is Senior Client Service Associate Amy Tamblyn.
