REV Group 2024 Sustainability Report Highlights:

Environmental

  • Year-over-Year reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions, with the lowest level of Total Energy Use by REV Group operations since 2019.
  • Continued trend to reduce VOCs, NOx and SOx air emissions.
  • Case studies highlighting the best practices implemented by REV business units to reduce chemicals, air emissions, waste-to-landfill and energy, water and chemical use within the REV Group operations

Social

  • In FY2024, we achieved the lowest workplace injury rates in REV Group’s history. Our Total Recordable Incident Rate improved by 10%, while the Lost Time Incident Rate saw a remarkable 50% improvement compared to FY2023.
  • We were also recognized for our commitment to veterans and their families, earning the 2024 Military Friendly Employer and Military Friendly Spouse Employer awards.

Governance

  • In 2024, REV Group welcomed three new independent directors with diverse backgrounds and expertise. The refreshed board completed ESG training, to enhance their understanding of reporting requirements and regulatory responsibilities.
