Frontgrade launches DLA-Certified services for outside customers.

Frontgrade’s Colorado Springs location is certified by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to manufacture Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) Class Q, V, Y, and T microelectronic products per MIL-PRF-38535, ensuring high reliability. Frontgrade is also offering access to its facility’s 5,100 square-foot cleanroom which is certified as Class 1000, the equivalent of ISO-6 classification, the fourth cleanest environment according to federal 209E standards. With the site’s additional classification of 1A ESD Control, sensitive electronics are protected from electrostatic discharge events with voltage ranges of 250 to less than 500 volts.
