Nova Credit will equip property managers with global credit insights, streamlining the approval process and allowing them to lease to more international residents with confidence.

Entrata, the leading AI-powered operating system for the multifamily industry, today announced a partnership with Nova Credit, a global credit infrastructure and analytics company, to enhance its ResidentVerify system by providing property managers with seamless access to international credit data for rental applicants.

For many newcomers to the U.S., securing housing is one of the biggest hurdles due to a lack of domestic credit history. Yet, many of these individuals arrive with well-established credit profiles from their home countries. Without access to that data, however, property managers often struggle to assess creditworthiness, leading to unnecessary barriers for otherwise qualified renters.

Through this partnership, Entrata will integrate Nova Credit’s Credit Passport® into its resident screening platform, enabling property managers to evaluate international applicants using their verified credit history from abroad—translated into a format that aligns with U.S. underwriting standards.
