Jennifer joined RGP in July 2019 as part of the company’s acquisition of digital transformation firm Veracity Consulting Group, LLC (“Veracity”), where she served as Managing Director of User Experience and Design. Since 2023, Jennifer has overseen Veracity’s human-centered design, marketing, and consulting sales functions, as Senior Vice President of Brand, Marketing, and Sales.

In her role as CMO, Jennifer will lead all strategic marketing initiatives and report to RGP CEO Kate Duchene. She will oversee the evolution of the firm’s marketing function to align brand strategy with the company’s go-to-market vision, better support the business across all markets, and elevate brand storytelling.
