  • Strengthened partnership with Sentosa Golf Club, recognized globally as the leading eco-friendly golf facility. Toro’s support includes a full lineup of advanced fairway, rough and greens mowers, battery-powered utility vehicles, and precision irrigation systems to support more efficient and responsible course management.
  • Released HammerHead’s PortaBurst® PB30X, the first of its kind versatile machine that allows contractors to replace aging sewer, water and gas lines without causing significant surface disruption or impact to residents and businesses.

  • Completed first Double Materiality Assessment to identify environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics with the greatest potential impact on business performance, society, and the environment—helping prioritize sustainability strategy and maximize impact.
  • Delivered significant productivity savings through initiatives targeting energy efficiency, reduced packaging waste, and enhanced ergonomic designs to improve workplace safety and productivity.
  • Broke ground on a new 170,000 square-foot paint facility for Ditch Witch in Perry, Oklahoma, a move that will generate new employment opportunities and create greater operational efficiencies.
  • Launched a composting program at Bloomington headquarters, diverting over 34,000 lbs. of organic waste from landfills, transforming it into compost and contributing to long-term waste reduction.
  • Invested in the next generation of skilled workers by donating repurposed Ditch Witch drill pipe to local schools and vocational programs—enabling hands-on training in welding, design and construction.
  • Introduced a Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWTL) program aimed at streamlining waste processes across North American operations, with plans to launch in 2025. The initiative focuses on identifying and managing various waste streams, including liquid, solid, hazardous, non-hazardous, and recyclables.
  • Developed a Production Guide to help operations sites integrate sustainability metrics into leadership assessments and improve efficiency in resource use and workforce management.
