Strategic Hires Signal Next Phase for Render in Broadband Infrastructure

Render Networks, a leader in intelligent network construction management, today announced the addition of two senior telecom executives to its leadership team. David Hicks has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer and Anish Kelkar as Chief Revenue Officer.

David has more than 25 years of leadership experience in telecommunications and network operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Construction at Cox Communications, overseeing a $1B annual capital portfolio. He also held senior roles at Cox and AT&T, leading large-scale infrastructure, engineering, and operations initiatives. As Chief Strategy Officer, he will guide long-term planning, lead market opportunity assessments, and support investor and partner engagement to help scale Render’s industry impact.

Anish brings a diverse background across business, technology, and artificial intelligence, with over 30 years of global telecom experience in strategic consulting, sales, AI-driven innovation, and operational transformation. He has held key roles at IBM and Bell Labs, delivering data-centric solutions. As Chief Revenue Officer, Anish will lead Render’s go-to-market strategy, drive customer and partner growth, and scale commercial operations as demand for modern broadband delivery accelerates.
