Valero Energy Corporation Declares Regular Cash Dividend on Common Stock

The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO, “Valero”) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $1.13 per share. The dividend is payable on September 2, 2025 to holders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2025.
