He is a veteran fintech executive with over 30 years of leadership experience, including roles as Co‑founder, President & COO of Euronet Worldwide (NASDAQ: EEFT) and CEO of NetSpend Corporation, where he led its IPO in 2010 and negotiated its $1.4 billion acquisition by TSYS in 2013. Most recently, he was CEO of Green Dot Corporation (NYSE: GDOT), a leading provider of banking and payment solutions. He has also served on the boards of The Brinks Company, Rx Savings Solutions and Dama Financial. Mr. Henry holds a B.S. in Business Administration with majors in Finance, Economics and Real Estate from the University of Missouri.
