Avnet Increases Quarterly Dividend by 6%

Avnet, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVT), a leading global technology solutions provider, announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 6% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.35 per share. The dividend will be paid on September 26, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 17, 2025.

“The dividend increase is a reflection of the Board's confidence in our financial position,” said Phil Gallagher, Avnet’s Chief Executive Officer. “Avnet is generating strong operating cash flow, which enables us to return value to our shareholders while delivering on our long-term growth strategy.”
