Link Logistics Releases 2024 Sustainability Report

Report highlights progress in driving energy efficiency, enhancing asset value and delivering tangible community impact

The report highlights the Company’s practical, data-driven approach to advancing decarbonization, reducing energy consumption and generating value for customers while creating a positive impact in the communities where it operates.

2024 Sustainability Highlights

  • Reduced more than 16,000 estimated metric tons of carbon through energy efficiency projects
  • Expanded onsite renewable energy, with 52 projects across Link Logistics properties totaling 74.8 megawatts of clean power
  • Converted 49 million square feet to LED or high-efficiency lighting
  • Completed LEED certification for 11.5 million square feet across 44 projects
  • Installed 18.7 megawatts of new solar capacity
  • Generated average customer cost savings of 12.8% through Energy Solutions, Link Logistics’ utility management program
  • Received the 2024 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the third consecutive year
  • Honored with ENERGY STAR’s 2024 Excellence in Data Innovation Award for Energy Solutions

2024 Social Impact Highlights

  • Donated $2 million to 20 projects in 19 communities across the U.S. through the Link Logistics Community Grants Program, which addresses hunger, education and hyperlocal needs
  • Funded more than six million meals through CoreGiving, Link Logistics’ marquee nonprofit partner
  • Achieved 67% participation from employees in one or more employee resource groups
  • Committed over 14,000 hours of employee volunteerism
  • Provided more than 300 students with access to mentorship, scholarships and industrial real estate training through a partnership with Project Destined, a social impact platform
