Healthpeak Strengthens Life Science Leadership with Addition of Denis Sullivan as Managing Director of Lab Investments & San Diego Market Lead and Promotion of Mike Dorris as Head of West Coast Development & Construction

Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (“Healthpeak” or the “Company”) (NYSE: DOC), a leading owner, operator, and developer of real estate for healthcare discovery and delivery, announced that Denis Sullivan is joining Healthpeak as Managing Director of Lab Investments & San Diego Market Lead and Mike Dorris has been promoted to Head of West Coast Development & Construction. These moves underscore the Company’s conviction in the life science sector and position Healthpeak to capture investment and leasing opportunities as the market recovers.

Mr. Sullivan brings two decades of life science real estate leadership, with expertise spanning investments, operations, and capital strategy. He previously spent more than 14 years at BioMed Realty, ultimately serving as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer, where he helped guide the company through significant growth. More recently, he was a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Foundation Capital Ventures, where he helped develop life science properties in leading innovation hubs.

Reporting to Adam Mabry, Chief Investment Officer, and Scott Bohn, Chief Development Officer and Head of Lab, Mr. Sullivan will help drive Healthpeak’s portfolio-wide Lab investment strategy and all aspects of the Company’s leasing and asset management activities in San Diego, one of the country’s most dynamic life science markets. He will focus on advancing Healthpeak’s Lab business by building a robust pipeline of opportunities while leveraging Healthpeak’s unique positioning to capitalize on the sector’s recovery.

Under Mr. Dorris’s new role as Head of West Coast Development & Construction for Lab, he will expand the Company’s expertise in specialized lab design and construction while strengthening its development and redevelopment capabilities, ensuring Healthpeak continues to create state-of-the-art spaces that support the discovery and development of breakthrough medical therapeutics and diagnostics. Mr. Dorris will continue reporting to Mr. Bohn.
