Veritone Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

Veritone, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERI), a leader in building human-centered enterprise AI solutions, today announced a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. Veritone currently intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes including, but not limited to, debt service and repayment of indebtedness.
