Carolyn brings more than 20 years of experience with expertise in the life insurance sector, specializing in structuring customized insurance solutions that assist clients in asset accumulation, asset transfer, and business succession planning. Carolyn most recently served as Vice President at a Lion Street Financial insurance brokerage firm. Rogers’ hiring underscores Winged Keel Group’s growth initiatives for 2025 and beyond.

Residing in Maryland, Carolyn will focus on the Washington D.C. area, where her extensive network and expertise in the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of Traditional and Private Placement Life Insurance and Annuity portfolios will be a valuable resource to clients and advisors. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council, is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®). Carolyn graduated cum laude from George Washington University with a major in international affairs and concentrations in international development and international economics.
