Correction: Bryn Mawr Trust Strengthens Wealth Business with Strategic Leadership Appointments

WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WSFS), the parent company of Bryn Mawr Trust, announced today a series of key leadership appointments within its wealth management division, reinforcing its commitment to growth and talent, while aligning with the strategic goal to increase wealth fee revenue by 50% in the three-year period ending in 2027.

Michael Mendelson has joined Bryn Mawr Trust as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the division’s strategic growth initiatives. Mendelson brings more than 20 years of experience at J.P. Morgan Chase, where he held senior leadership roles across wealth and operations, helping to scale businesses and optimize client delivery.

Bryn Mawr Trust also announced the promotion of Harrison Gelber to Senior Vice President, Director of Private Banking and Trust Advisory Services. Gelber will oversee the expansion of the firm’s growing trust advisory business while continuing to lead the private banking teams across Bryn Mawr Trust’s footprint. With a proven track record of building client-focused strategies, Gelber will play a critical role in broadening the organization’s advisory capabilities.

Additionally, Mark Bradford has been named Senior Vice President, Director of Wealth Planning. A veteran of the financial services industry with more than 30 years of experience—including the last seven at Bryn Mawr Trust—Bradford has deep expertise guiding high-net-worth clients through complex financial planning. In his new role, he will oversee Bryn Mawr Trust’s Wealth Planning Group and will be instrumental in shaping and executing a long-term vision for delivering comprehensive, personalized planning solutions.

Jackie Blue has been promoted Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Bryn Mawr Trust Advisors, where she will lead the portfolio solutions team, client support, and retirement plan services teams. Blue’s focus will be on streamlining operations, enhancing the client experience, and driving scalable strategic growth across the business. Blue has spent over 30 years in banking, investment banking, and wealth management.
