The Annual Meeting will be preceded by a lunch and an event to allow shareholders to tour VENU’s flagship campus in Colorado Springs. This gathering, built for VENU shareholders only, promises to be more than just a gathering; it will be an immersive, celebratory day that showcases VENU’s expanding portfolio, recent milestones, and bold vision for the future of fan-first live entertainment.

Pre-meeting events will kick off at 12:30 PM MDT with a welcome and vision setting lunch, followed by an immersive tour of VENU’s premium Colorado Springs entertainment campus including the Pollstar nominated Best New Concert Venue of the Year, Ford Amphitheater. The Annual Meeting begins at 4:00 PM MDT.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2025, will have the right to participate at the Annual Meeting.
