Lakewood, NJ: As the Jewish High Holidays approach, Chevrah Lomdei Mishnah is inviting families to honor the memory of their loved ones through the powerful tradition of Yizkor. In 2025, Yizkor will be recited on Yom Kippur (October 2) and again on Shemini Atzeret (October 14) — offering two deeply meaningful opportunities to elevate the souls of the departed through heartfelt prayer.

Yizkor, the memorial prayer recited four times a year, serves as a moment of spiritual connection between the living and those who have passed on. For those unable to attend a minyan or who wish to ensure Yizkor is recited on behalf of a loved one, Chevrah Lomdei Mishnah offers Yizkor recital services performed by dedicated Torah scholars, ensuring each prayer is said with intention and reverence.

Each Yizkor recital is carried out with halachic accuracy and spiritual care. Participants receive timely confirmation and documentation, offering peace of mind that this vital mitzvah has been fulfilled properly.
