Pooja Bagri’s own transformative journey inspired her to commit her personal and professional future to empower other people [live their life by design, not by default]. A big proponent of the #metoo movement and a victim of years of abuse herself, all her life, she grappled with coming to terms with her reality or understanding human behavior. Despite all the challenges and obstacles she faced, she was relentless in her courage and took on life with an indomitable spirit!

Although married at a young age, Pooja remained passionate about education and pursued her Masters’ long distance. She decided to move from Bombay to Chennai to work and bring up her children differently than how she had grown up. During this period, Pooja spearheaded several businesses and helped them grow strategically. Her work was empowering and fulfilling, and she continued to don the hat of a mentor and consultant in several spaces. Not only did she enable companies to multiply their revenue, but she also created scintillating environments and left teams feeling energized, motivated, and aligned.

But despite all the success she was achieving, there was still a void in Pooja’s life. Her whole life, Pooja witnessed the boys in her family get work opportunities that the girls were never given. As a daughter of the house, Pooja was brought up to believe she had no place in a professional working environment. Her journey of transformation began when she stumbled upon Jack Canfield’s Train the Trainer course. This was the turning point wherein she began to take ownership of all her decisions and designed her life based on her dreams and passions. From there onwards, she trained with Tony Robbins, Brendon Buchard, Jim Rohn, Dale Carnegie, Brian Tracy, and Simon Sinek.

She touches lives wherever she goes with her innate intuition and perception to listen for the unsaid, and so far, she has helped over 500 people make massive breakthroughs in their personal life. One of her students, the CEO of a multinational corporation, remarked that “she has left an indelible mark in my life’s journey. Without Pooja, I would not be who I am today.” During the pandemic, Pooja worked relentlessly to help people deal with their stress and uncertainty in these challenging times.
