WisdomTree to Transfer Listing of Common Stock to the New York Stock Exchange and Trade Under New Ticker Symbol “WT”

NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WisdomTree Investments, Inc. (NASDAQ: WETF), an exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) and exchange-traded product (“ETP”) sponsor and asset manager, today announced that it is transferring the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) from The Nasdaq Global Select Market (“Nasdaq”). WisdomTree anticipates its common stock will begin trading on the NYSE at market open on Monday, November 7, 2022, under the new ticker symbol “WT”. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “WETF” on Nasdaq until the close of the market on Friday, November 4, 2022. The Company also will change its corporate name from WisdomTree Investments, Inc. to WisdomTree, Inc. effective November 7, 2022.
