Tel Aviv, Israel, Nov. 29, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jeffs' Brands Ltd (“Jeffs’ Brands” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: JFBR, JFBRW), a data-driven e-commerce company operating on the Amazon Marketplace, today announced that the Company's board of directors resolved to initiate a process to identify potential strategic transactions, in the field of advanced technologies, with the goal of maximizing shareholder value.

Potential strategic transactions to be explored and evaluated during the review process may include additional investments in or acquisitions of innovative companies or a strategic partnership with one or more parties.
