Credo announces launch of public offering

SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec. 05, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd (Nasdaq: CRDO) (“Credo”) today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 of its ordinary shares. An aggregate of 8,940,000 of the shares are being offered by Credo and 1,060,000 of the shares are being offered by selling shareholders. Credo’s ordinary shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “CRDO”.

Credo intends to grant the underwriters for the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 ordinary shares from Credo at the price to the public, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is acting as book-running manager for the offering.

The shares are being offered pursuant to an automatically effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 5, 2023.
