J & J SNACK FOODS CORP. ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN ITS QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

PENNSAUKEN, N.J., Aug. 10, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- J & J Snack Foods Corp. (NASDAQ: JJSF) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.735 per share of its common stock payable on October 10, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 18, 2023. The cash dividend of $0.735 per share represents an increase of 5% from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.70 per share.

The declaration and payment of dividends is subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors and depends on various factors, including the Company’s net income, financial position, cash requirements, restrictions in our credit facility and other factors deemed relevant by our Board of Directors.
