LONDON, Ontario, Dec. 02, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aduro Clean Technologies Inc. (“Aduro” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: ADUR) (CSE: ACT) (FSE: 9D5), a clean technology company using the power of chemistry to transform lower value feedstocks, like waste plastics, heavy bitumen, and renewable oils, into resources for the 21^st century, is pleased to announce that at its 2023/2024 annual general meeting held November 22, 2024 (the “Meeting”), all of the nominees for election as directors of the Company referred to in its notice of meeting and information circular dated October 23, 2024 for the Meeting were elected.

A total of 10,327,618 common shares representing 37.93% of the outstanding common shares of the Company were voted by proxy at the Meeting. Voting results for the election of directors at the Meeting were as follows:
